  It was horribly understaffed and people were being very loud and unpleasant about this fact despite being openly warned when being seated that wait times would be longer. Despite this the staff were patient, lovely, and understanding, got us the food within the stated expected time, and continually managed to deal with the disruptions people were causing. It was my partner's birthday and we had a nice time.

  Disappointing experience despite a friendly waitress We had a booking for 5pm on 6 August 2026 at TGI Fridays Milton Keynes. We waited around 10 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant did not appear particularly busy. There seemed to be only one member of staff covering reception, the bar and several tables, including our table of six. She was friendly and clearly doing her best, but the restaurant was badly understaffed. After ordering, our drinks were delayed because the beer keg needed changing. When the Cruzcampo arrived, it was flat. The food was also disappointing. The King Prawn Mexi Bowl was missing several ingredients listed on the menu, including the spicy rice, sriracha aioli and hard Italian-style cheese. The chicken in the pasta dish was overcooked, and there was hardly any sauce, leaving the meal very dry. We ordered a second round of Oreo milkshakes for the children, but adult-sized drinks were brought instead, and we were charged the adult price without this being explained. The women’s toilets were in a very poor condition. Two toilets were blocked, there were numerous spiders, and one of the sinks contained dirty debris. After we had finished eating, we waited more than 15 minutes without any further service. The manager eventually stepped in and apologised, which we appreciated, but overall the experience was far below an acceptable standard. The waitress was pleasant and appeared overwhelmed rather than at fault, but the staffing, food quality, cleanliness and service management all need urgent attention.

  We had such a lovely visit to TGI Fridays! The food was great but the service from Leslie and Kath was what made our experience. From the moment we arrived they were both so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Kath was absolutely brilliant with the children. She gave them their colouring as we arrived and encouraged them to carry it to the table which made them feel included and excited from the start. She got down to their level and spoke to them which was such a lovely touch. Leslie was also fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in throughout our meal. It’s little touches like these that make such a difference especially when dining as a family. A huge thank you to Leslie and Kath for making our visit so enjoyable – we’ll definitely be back!

  We visited for our son's birthday last week, only mentioned it was his birthday when we arrived as a passing comment, when asked what we had planned for the rest of our evening. Lesley H, then made it his mission to "embarrass" our son (Lesley's words) He snuck in behind our son and placed a balloon crown on his head that he had made, and even brought out other staff members to sing happy birthday to our son. He did not stop smiling the entire time. We all had a wonderful evening and will definitely return. The food was lovely too. Thanks for a great evening Lesley.

  Brought my mum in before going to the theatre on Saturday night. We were originally sat near quite a loud group but our server Cadie immediately moved us to a quieter area despite the restaurant being fairly busy. We didn’t want to make too much fuss over it but she made sure we didn’t feel like we were being a pain. The menu was slightly limited due to some delivery issues but we still had a lovely meal regardless. Cadie really made sure we felt welcome and comfortable the whole time which was lovely. Definitely coming back soon to try some more of the menu - really recommend!!
