  Rudley told I would not be served at a normal till to buy a cookie, and had to use the electronic screens.. if thats the case dont have open tills!! .the problem was how she said it not what she said..didn't buy anything in the end..

  Around five orders placed after mine were served before mine. I waited 20 - 30 minutes for a single wrap, with no other items. The wrap was soaked and dripping with watery sauce, making it very difficult to eat while driving. KFC and McDonald’s have much better-designed wrap packaging for people eating on the go, so I’ll likely choose one of them next time. The self-service ordering machine also failed to provide a receipt, so I had to wait for a member of staff to sort this out.

  The slowest subway at service station i have ever seen and very less meat in my sub🤬

  Poor customer service, our food was casually shoved across the counter amidst a mess of serviettes (not for us just random rubbish) while the staff all chatted together. Didnt acknowledge us at all. We had to remind them about our drink. Ordered for eat-in but no tray provided, did we pay more for that? I haven't a clue. Finally the food was distinctly underwhelming. Will definitely not eat at Subway again.

  Aweful subway!!! Don’t order from here it’s a rip off !!! Had double meat meatballs and the sandwhiches was compleatly empty they put nearly zero salad in my sub and I payed for added steak and had a tiny bit sprinkled in. They cover all the glass so you cannot ask for what you want!!! They charge for food they do not put in the sub I will never stop at this services again as I do not appreciate being ripped off.
