    Really slow service and an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the hassle and either get a Waitrose meal deal or go to KFC

    Completely automated with machines, which makes the process LONGER, expect 10-20 mins a sandwich, no regards for toppings its pot luck what your gonna get, be prepared if you have allergies very very bad

    Garbage !! Why no manager checks the place out ? Food horrible .. lady that serves me threw the sandwiches on the counter and left , no bag no nothing .. horrible

    Awful subway, waited 20 minutes for our order, which was completely wrong once we got it. Staff then tried to claim they were too busy to fix it? Half of them just stand there doing nothing whilst a huge order backlog builds up. The other places to eat here are much more reliable.

    Waited 12 minutes from order to pickup. Sheesha served her friend from M&S before everyone else. Her friend came in and jumped the queue.
