  Burger King is so far behind any other fast food restaurant. Service is slow. App and screens don’t work and the price is insanely high. Go to Taco Bell or McDonald’s just over the road

  Just pulled into Burger King drive through. Waited for a minute, I was the only car in the drive through, I thought it was broken. But then the guy spoke. I couldn't understand much of anything he was saying. He spoke very quickly, the microphone too close to his face. I replied very slowly and clearly. I just hoped he understood me. Went round to the collection pay window. Waited for 3 minutes. I could see people working, the guy with the headset, the lady sneezing while packing food for collection, no one acknowledged me or spoke to me. When my food was ready, microphone guy brought me my food, was very polite took my payment, I thanked him and left. I am guessing not much training or experience in customer service? On the plus side, things can only get better.
