  Just went to this restaurant. The place was dead. Was shown to a table then ignored for half an hour. They didn’t even take a drinks order in that time so we left. Awful service. Avoid.

  Went here on May 12th on a quiet Tuesday evening at 6ish just me and my husband. The gentleman serving us was really nice and efficient. The food came out fast and tasted delicious. Really happy with the service and left feeling happy. Hope to be back at some point!

  I came to zizzi with my family. The food was amazing service was really good. Especially, my lil boy loved prawns. Young lady jas was so sweet and served us with big smile. She helped us picking some food items and no doubt it was mind blowing. Thankyou jas for amazing service. You were really friendly with an amazing attitude.

  We love Zizzi’s and it’s not just the great food, but the people and the service we receive every single time we visit. Today we went to the Solihull restaurant and were greeted so warmly by Jas. She was attentive, helpful, and genuinely engaging. We immediately felt at ease and knew we were in good hands. We have two boys, now 7 and 5, and we’ve been bringing them to Zizzi’s since they were babies. They absolutely love it: the relaxed atmosphere, the food, all of it. It’s the kind of place that works for the whole family, every time. Thank you to Jas and all the wonderful staff at Solihull. Whatever Zizzi’s does when it comes to finding and nurturing its people, it’s doing something exceptionally right, because their staff are always the very best to be around.
