  Lovely restaurant- beautifully clean. Our server Craig was amazingly helpful, discreetly attentive and very well informed about all the different menu options and offers. As a server, Craig is the benchmark by which all others should be judged! All our food arrived quickly, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. A lovely lunch experience! Can’t wait to come back!

  I love Zizzis and we just to visit 2-3 times a month as family of 5. Following very slow service in the Hereford one we’d changed to Wagamama but thought we’d try again. Food was delicious. BUT the staff were just too busy. We went in around 5:30 didn’t get out until 8:30. It was so slow, which I could have dealt with but beyond giving us the food they didn’t have time to “wait” on us at all. Nobody offered more drinks, nobody checked once if food was ok, my kids kept asking me for water/another drink/sauce but I just couldn’t get hold of anyone. 30 mins after our mains they asked if we’d like pudding. I said how long was the wait and she said 10 mins so we agreed (especially as kids menu came with puddings). 30 mins later they arrived. They brought an adult pudding instead for my 6 year old and just said that’s great you can have it. That’s fine but he didn’t want dragon fruit - he wanted ice cream cones, so he didn’t eat it. No offer to correct and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. We ended up going to the til to pay to avoid another 30 min wait. More staff and drinks offered between waits and we would have been ok - as it was it felt like a very slow fast food place where thy dumped food and left us to it. The staff were nice so this is a reflection on the managers - they need to hire more staff. This was exactly the reason we stopped going and it’s such a shame.

  Visited zizzi hereford yesterday. The service was ok...but the food was impeccable 👌 we were welcomed by the chefts in the open kitchen. We later asked the chefs name, it was Jay. We will be back again!

  I really enjoyed my experience here. the staff are so lovely and friendly. admittedly we did have to ask to move as there were many flies in the area but they apologised and explained their fly fan had broken. they were so accommodating and i didn’t feel like a pain for asking to move which they definitely could have made a fuss about. food was amazing so thank you for a lovely evening.
