  Starting with nibbles meant that we only ordered one Rustica Pizza between the two of us. This, together with our drinks, made a very satisfying meal, which we will repeat. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, polite and friendly without being intrusive.

  They overbooked the restaurant resulting in a 15 minute queue of pre-booked families out the door. Eventually we got a table after rudely being told there was no table because we were late. Ridiculous. We were told the wait for food would be about 30 minutes. We should have known that wasn't the case with an overbooked restaurant. 90 minutes later still no food and we had to leave for a show at the arena within 15 minutes. Only when asking to cancel the order did half of it arrive. What a mess! Why does the booking system allow for it to be fully booked to the point there's a 15 minute queue for a table?! And why lie about the wait time? It's right next to the arena so people genuinely need to leave on time. What a joke.

  Lovely place, we went on a Friday and the music was a bit loud but still and lovely evening. We had to wait 30 mins for food but we were told before we sat down and we were given bowls of crisps to nibble which were replenished. Our server was Prisca, very friendly and helpful.

  We had a great time and a lovely lunch at Zizzi. The service was outstanding and everyone was very helpful. The food was really tasty and the portions were good and filling. The food arrived quickly and was fresh and hot. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
