  Today I came to the shop favorite chicken and ribs in west dryton to buy a large portion of peri peri chips and they put a little bit peri peri salt on it it’s large portion and peri peri salt is not enough for large portion then I asked them to add a little more peri peri salt, they didn't add any salt.i said I pay you extra They said go go than I said we’re your customer he said I don’t care.he is very rude and their service was very bad.I’m not coming next this shop

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here and feel it’s important to share exactly what happened. During my visit at around 22:44, I clearly saw a rat on the premises. This wasn’t something small or uncertain—it was obvious, and completely unacceptable in any place serving food. Seeing a rat in that environment immediately raised serious concerns about hygiene, food storage, and overall cleanliness. It made me question what might be happening behind the scenes if something like that is visible to customers. What made the situation even worse was how the staff handled it. When I told them about the rat, they showed little to no concern. There was no urgency, no apology, and no attempt to deal with the issue. It felt like they either didn’t care or didn’t see it as a problem, which is extremely worrying given how serious this is. To make matters even more uncomfortable, as I was leaving, staff members started recording me and my car. This felt very inappropriate and invasive. I had simply raised a valid concern about seeing a rat, and instead of addressing it professionally, I was made to feel uneasy and singled out. Overall, the presence of a rat, the lack of action from staff, and the unprofessional behaviour afterwards made this a very negative and unsettling experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if hygiene and basic customer respect matter to you.

  I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this establishment while traveling across the UK with my family, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of what to expect. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt off, but we tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. One of the staff members working around the food was visibly sweating excessively, and at one point, I saw sweat dripping dangerously close to—if not directly into—the cooking oil. This was extremely unhygienic and honestly quite shocking to witness in a place that is supposed to serve food to the public. The situation became even worse when we interacted with the staff. The same individual was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns or even maintaining basic courtesy, his behavior escalated to the point where he physically pushed/kicked me, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. No customer should ever be treated this way. As if that wasn’t enough, I also noticed what appeared to be a rat in or near the premises. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety standards. It made me question how the place is being maintained behind the scenes. To add to the overall negative experience, the food itself was clearly not fresh. It seemed like items were being repeatedly refried, which affected both the taste and quality. Everything felt greasy, overcooked, and far from what you’d expect when paying for a meal. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Between the hygiene issues, poor food quality, and completely unacceptable staff behavior, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I strongly advise others to avoid it, especially if you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic respect as a customer.

  Un lugar para comida rapida (pollo, sandwichs y costillas) a un precio muy economico, atienden rapido y por lo q se paga la comida esta muy bn!
