  Special shout out to Emma (the restaurant Manager), extremely personable, courteous and super helpful. My food wasn't upto the mark and music was too loud and Emma l instantly sorted out both. It's not everyday that you meet such kind and generous souls. Thank you Emma. Hope to see you again soon.

  Had a really good experience at Wagamama Stainesnupon Thames. The cocktails were amazing, especially the Sakura Pink really refreshing, beautifully presented, and well made. The steak beef salad was lovely, fresh, and nutritious, with a great balance of flavour and lightness. It felt both satisfying and healthy. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a great place for good food and cocktails. I would happily visit again.

  We have always had tasty food with brilliant service in the Staines branch over many years. Our recent experience was overall amazing. The manager Emma was overlooking due to allergies on our table and she couldn't have done more to accommodate. We will definitely be returning. Service was top and food was delicious as always.

  Staines Wagamama crew of Adrianna, Sara & Sonal rocks! They made my special day even more special by giving us the best service! They went out of their way to help us and making us feel super welcome. Even gave me a birthday treat that I feel grateful for!   I ordered the chilli chicken ramen from Wagamama yesterday and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The entire dish was completely inedible. The noodles were absolute mush overcooked to the point where they had no texture whatsoever. The “soup” was barely there, more like a thick, gloopy paste with no real flavour or proper consistency. It was nothing like ramen should be. The chicken was just as bad. It was dry, tough, and impossible to enjoy. It genuinely tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Even the lime was off!! It was soft, mushy, and clearly not fresh. I couldn’t eat more than five bites before I started to feel sick. It completely ruined my day and left me both hungry and frustrated. This was a total waste of money and time. Incredibly disappointing and frankly disgusting. I expected much better. I do not reccomend going here whatsoever
