  The order that was cancelled without warning ⚠️ Placed an order and 1h after got a weird message on the tracker. Rang the place and the team member just said "Oh yeah, I cancelled your order bcs I am closing the shop now" no apologizing, nothing. After I asked he said "I'm alone in the shop. You will get your refund" always in a rude tone. Don't really understand what is the reason to just let people know this after one hour. Will never order again and would not advise others to do it. Fingers crossed I'll get my money back.

  Unprofessional staff. I forgot to add a free item to my order, so I called the shop and asked if they could add it for me. The staff member said he would not do anything for me and then hung up the phone. The pizza also arrived damaged. Very disappointing experience.

  Just ordered a large pizza from PJ for the first time - this will also be the last time. The pizza was cold and tasteless. There was hardly any sauce and no flavour.

  Rude staff, pizza is always cold. When you call to complain they don’t give you a solution. It’s such a shame, as papa johns is usually amazing, I think this store has a lot of improve
