  I was stuck in online order from their website as their card machine was not working from 2 days, but the girl name Situ working there helped and made my pizza. Thank you very much Situ.. Har Har Mahadev

  Ahh where do I begin - so I ordered a meal for my family on the app, they use uber delivery for their courier and that’s where the problem begins. They sent the completely wrong order a chicken shop order came to my house I believe the driver brought the wrong order but when I called the restaurant to query where my order was, a near £50 order was they were politely incompetent and out of order - the lady couldn’t string a sentence of English together and didn’t understand my £50 order had not been delivered - this resulted in me driving to the restaurant spending three hrs waiting for them to get it correct which they didn’t initially - again they blamed the driver and took no accountability and did not try to make it right. I cannot express the frustration that was felt - as a psychologist I try to see these experiences from perspectives and was understanding and reasonable throughout the whole ordeal but it reaches a point where frustration overrides. I cannot express how infuriating this ordeal was and how incompetent the staff were - a member of staff told me if the order was delivered wrong by the driver why would you accept it? This is as beyond an incompetent question as I told her numerous times I did not accept that order as it was the wrong food delivered- she did not understand that I paid £50 for a order that was not delivered and had to come all the way to the store to rectify this situation - my family were hungry waiting for food at home. Again I cannot express how incompetent this establishment is. I urge that you do try your hardest to swerve away from this restaurant at all costs - it’s really a last resort. Considering I’ve placed many a order here before you would like to think they would’ve treated a loyal customer better - update a few week later I placed an order, surprise surprise they forgot an item; they forgot my ice cream again i cannot express the incompetence of this restaurant, they need a real evaluation of their performance as this is either me being extremely unlucky or them just being incompetent. I will be emailing the manager again, and emailing corporate as a franchise such as this should be running a lot better than this at least you’d like to think.
