  Ordered 2 pizzas one side and 1.5 litre bottle at 7:15 Estimated time of delivery 8:05 Delivery driver for papa johns supposed to of left shop at 8:05 8:20 nothing 8:30 nothing rings up your orders 5 minutes away 8:45 nothing rings up he’s 2 minutes away 9:00 nothing i drive to the shop gets there at 9:12 Finds my order sitting on top of hot shelf cold Driver say he was unable to deliver we had no phone call or knock say he rang just didn’t have ring logs but at the end of this to be handed cold food and not even a sorry it completely strange company as got no aspect of time and respect for customer service Plus manager running shift picking up the phone telling customers their order had just left I had been there 12/15 minutes no driver had walked in or out of the shop completely wrong and miss leading information to customers.

  Wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely shocking never had service like it or lack of! Ordered a medium pizza and chips with bacon and cheese doesn’t seem that hard. Waiting over 2 and a half hours still nothing I have called the store 3 times first was greeted with a snotty arrogant male who told me 10 more minutes then put the phone down before my response. Second time I called and asked for an update a male took my details and asked me to wait I heard him put the phone on the side and went to deal with a customer in store complaining he had waited 3 hours and he said I will make it for you now ! Then put the phone down on me with no response, Not to arrogant when the person Is infront of you. 3rd time a female answered and I was told I was getting a phone call back with an update. No phone call. Absolute joke.

  Seen a review saying the people in the shop wouldn't let them order while they were inside with cash, and told to do it online, which is bizarre but true and let me tell you how much of a SCAM this place is, if you order online, its linked to WALLASEY - LIVERPOOL, so if you think your order has been accepted at 9pm - 10pm, don't even bother just cancel the order because they will still confirm that it's gone through but you will never see your food even when it says its been delivered, then they still take your money and REFUSE!! to give you a refund, "oh nothing is showing on our system, you must of ordered somewhere else" AVOID AVOID AVOID, scam bussines, done this twice to me now so you've been warned!!!!!
