i must say, this establishment has utterly failed to meet expectations. I anticipated a delightful pizza experience, yet I was delivered an entirely incorrect order. Upon contacting them, their response was dismissive and quite rude, which is simply unacceptable given the considerable amount spent. I strongly advise opting for Domino’s or a closer alternative. Papa John’s, kindly address your service and elevate the quality of your customer interactions.

Papa John's strikes again!
I'll start with saying that there is a Dominos a bit further down the road. Go there instead. It is a lot better, it won't make you ill, it will arrive on time, it will be what you ordered and you won't have to deal with the world's worst manager ever if you need a refund.
For context... About 5 years ago I had a bad experience where I had to wait over 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered and I swore to never order Papa John's again. Unfortunately I am a fool and decided to give them a second chance. The food arrived after about 25 minutes which was good but what wasn't good is that they had sent the completely wrong order. We sent the food back and called the store and asked for them to send the right food they said sorry and said they will get straight on with sending the correct order. It then took 2 and half hours for it to arrive. It was cold, the box of wedges was half empty and it made both me and Pinpip very ill afterwards.
I normally wouldn't bother but seeing as this was the second time I had had a similar experience with papa John's, I phone up, explained what happened and asked for a refund. They agreed and explained I just need to phone up the next day when the manager was in to get it sorted. I call up and the manger processes the refund and says it'll take 5 working days to go through. 8 working days later I still hadn't received my refund so I phone up only to be told to call back the next day to speak with the manager who would be in from 3pm. I do so but then get told he'd be in at 5pm so needed to call back. I call back at 8pm only to then be told the manager had decided to not come in and to call back the next day. So I call back the next day and get told he'll process the refund and it'll take 5 working days.
Sure enough the following week there is still no refund and when I call up to ask why I get told the manager wasn't in again. So call up the next day only for me to be told the reason the refund didn't go through was because "the admin team was on holiday" this is the most pathetic excuse I've ever heard from anyone one. I did question this but only was told to "stop asking questions" I agree to wait and I gave the admin team a very generous 2 weeks to finish their holiday but still no refund. So yet again I phone up, get told the manager wasn't in, phone up again the next day and finally get through. The manager tells me it has now been so long since the order was placed that he wasn't able to process the refund and that I need to get in touch with Papa John's customer service team. I do so and they actually sort out the refund.
It took 8 weeks of back and forth before I finally got my money back.
If I was the manager of that store, I would be so embarrassed with how poor the service is and how consistently poor their reviews are.
Seriously just go to dominoes. They are so much better.

Ordered online, over an hour later got text that driver couldn't deliver the food and they cancelled my order, only to find out cold food on the doorstep. Obviously no refund, disgusting customer service, shame on you!
