  This place has gone down hill so fast. 3 times I orderd food to be delivered and 3 times I had to request refund as they aren't peeping the food incorrectly and quilty control is clearly not there anymore. My items had either are missing the item I added to my burger, or its right out missing items. For example l. I orderd a big mac today and it had no cheese, gherkins or onions. It was only lettuce, patties, sauce and buns. Same with the cheese burger we order no gherkins and no extra cheese..that again I payed for. Never remember the dips or straws. I don't want to blame the workers. The Work they really doing is fast paste and hard to keep up..But 3 separate times?!

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! We have ordered from here on several occasions and 9 out of 10 times, the order has been wrong, items have been missed and the food has been stone cold! I have been in and witnessed the orders for deliveries piled up near the window to sit there and go cold for at least 25 minutes, so no wonder! My partner ordered through Uber Eats today, as the kids really wanted a McDonald's and as reluctant as I was to agree, we hoped for the best but no.. completely disappointed once again! Nearly a £50 order and everything was cold, coke was flat and the the kids happy meals fries portions were 2/3's empty. We put a complaint in to Uber Eats with photos, with a kopout response and no fair outcome but to be fobbed off. Will not be ordering from this McDonald's again and would strongly advise anybody in Wallasey to go to the Bidston one instead! It is 10 times better. How this place has not been shut down for investigation baffles me, as there are multiple people leaving reviews of frozen food supplies being left 2 hours in their car park, in the baking sun and dozens of other horror stories. McDonald's you need to step up as a franchise with a duty of care!

  Today I ordered a double big Mac with bacon Mail status told me this is my order after showing them what I ordered since it did not give me an order number I ordered through the mobile app what should’ve given them my name. And then tells me this is my order just arrived home. This is not my order. I’ve paid over £9 for a plain cheeseburger. Not happy at all.
