We both ordered the same (Medium Wrap Of The Day Sweet Chilli Crispy ) waited 20 mins for the order. 7 hours later, WE BOTH ended up really sick from food poisoning from the Chicken. Had diarrhoea for over 12 hours and was vomiting felt really unwell!!. Definetly avoid the Chicken at Kew Mcdonalds!!!. Especially - (it was really busy too on a Sunday) its not like the chicken was sat around, (It was fresh Chicken). Reported the issue to Mcdonalds Online, and expected them to investigate it - with it being FOOD POISONING. NOPE - ALL THEY DID WAS. OFFER ME A FREE MEDIUM MEAL VOUCHER......LIKE ILL BE GOING BACK!!!!!.

I accidentally order franks hot sauce double mc muffin and told an employee what happened I told her I only want a basic double mc muffin no egg no hot sauce only 2 sausage pattys She completely didn’t listen what so ever and told the kitchen what I wanted so I get my food look in the bag and what do I have McMuffin bun only cheese and hot sauce don’t bother coming here your food will be wrong cold or missing if I could rate it any lower I would
