When asked blonde manager she asked for my receipt then disappeared leaving me standing for 10 minutes avoiding me. No refund or replacement meal.
- JJJackApr 17, 20261.0The entire crew especially white staff is rude and racist towards uber delivery drivers. The staff working the night shift especially on the 17th of april was awful. They don’t let any uber drivers in after the doors get closed, they see you waiting outside for like almost 15mins in the cold but still wouldn’t let no one in. It can be seen on the CCTV cameras. If you’re wondering why your uber order is late or never arrives is because of the staff at kensington mcdonald’s. This is the only mcdonald’s which is like this, haven’t had a single problem with albert dock or aigburth road. The staff needs some training and humbling. This issue has been reported to uber as well as upper authorities. Also if you ask for your orders the staff doesn’t respond and they give you bad rating on the uber delivery app. Please avoid this store at all costs and boycott them!!

Restaurant quiet yet all tables filthy and food all over floor. No hand wash in toilets. No napkins given with food or available in self service station - need to ask staff for them specifically. Food served up with fries spilling all over wet dirty tray.
