- LGLoh G1 day ago4.0Can take a little while for some orders but staff do their best to ensure you have everything you need and will fix any errors immediately. Unfortunately is often very busy but there is wide variety of seating available.
- LWLuiswen Winks2 days ago3.0After the beach trip , service was slow and the waiting was slow even through it is called “fast” food ,Big Mac was good at least , however it always the French fries that is always ether cold or on the edge to be cold- never hot .

Instead you have to hunt down a member of staff in an exceptionally busy place and ask them to let you in through a key system. Apparently it’s locked because ‘kids mess around in it’ (how many times will they keep using that excuse) If that’s the reason then they could have a system where a personal access key is used? So if you’re disabled and planning on visiting this McDonalds be ware you need to ask to use the toilet. this place is ableist!
- DDdienwMay 17, 20262.0I'd avoid this McDonald's. It's massive but that's probably it's downfall, it's overlooked. The food presentation is poor like fries that are almost cold and burgers that have little or no dressings. Obviously the staff have no interest.
- AKanne kellyApr 29, 20265.0I was in McDonald's branch Lord St Liverpool a few weeks ago and was helped so much by assistant called Kellie or Kelly not sure of spelling. This lady could not do enough for me and my husband. From help with the iPad ordering to actually help us find a seat and brought order to us. My husband is recovering from a leg operation and wasn't able to walk very well. Kellie/Kelly couldn't have done any more as she went above and beyond , very professional, polite and friendly. I have left a review on here because the official website for McDonald's was horrendous. I did leave a review on there to praise her the day after we had our lunch there. Provided all my contact details and to-date no-one has replied. Underwhelmed by customer service. Thank you Kellie/Kelly very much appreciated your help. Anne & Terry
