  Great food and service. A massive mention for Callum who was amazing! I had issues with my gift voucher, he was very calm and made me feel at ease. This guy honestly deserves massive recognition for his service. Thank you, Callum!

  Five Guys - very messy tables, we waited 15 minutes, and paid £30 for two burgers, a small milkshake, and medium fries. The bacon milkshake was interesting (the only highlight), otherwise pretty average; free ketchup is a plus. Probably wouldn’t come back - long wait, lots of delivery orders being prioritized, and overall not a great experience.

  I had a really great experience at Five Guys Liverpool ONE! The burgers were absolutely delicious—fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly just the way I like. I also loved the variety of toppings you can add at no extra cost, which makes it easy to customise your meal exactly how you want it. The fries were generous and full of flavour, and the milkshakes were a perfect treat to go alongside everything. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-organised. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m in the area.
