  Absolutely shocking rude staff Good come ice cold and we ordered hot food Was told there was nothing we can do about it refunded half the meal I was supported a disabled person and his food was freezing cold Staff was verry rude will not ever go to thos place again

  The "buttered toast" had no butter, was soggy with tinned mushroom juices, (maybe not tinned but cooked in a way they taste tinned) the rocket was loads and the ketchup was Tesco own vinegary brand. Way too many hash browns for a breakfast. Typical tater tot taste. Staff are quick and the place is clean and fresh. Good for £11.75 i guess.

  When are they going to clean the cafe. ?Everytime we go in even first thing of a morning there is food on the floor and chairs. Staff are miserable and cannot be bothered. One member of staff in particular can be very rude. Food very slow. Need to turn music down slightly. Can be over stimulating Nowhere safe to put trolleys since got self-scan terminals. Cannot relax. Constantly watching trolley especially when you have done a big shop.

  I go every Saturday with my autistic daughter. Staff always kind and understanding.
