  Have to say the service was absolutely brilliant I was greeted by team leader Julie who was absolutely amazing she went absolutely above and beyond and is an absolute assest to the company, I was also served by a lovely lady called Sam she was friendly and smiley ..actually all the staff looked super friendly..if I lived up this way this would make me a regular customer for sure .. Food was good, good portions size too ..didnt wait long for my food either .. Im on my own up here for work and didnt feel uncomfortable eating here either.

  12 of us celebrated a 98th birthday at The Packet Steamer - the Sunday roasts hit the spot and Ann (Coleman) was, as always, amazing with everyone 98ys to 9mths - nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile - thankyou Ann.
