- LLlukeAug 6, 20261.0Staff were unwilling and simply not bothered or caring enough to help me with my order, i went through the drive through, i ordered a chocolate milkshake, and when i got handed the milkshake, it was clearly a vanilla milkshake, it was in no way shape or form a chocolate milkshake, i opened the lid and it was clearly white/cream, it smelt like vanilla so i had said to the staff working at the window that this may not have been a chocolate milkshake, but to my shock they answered back quite rudely with attitude saying 'are you doubting me?', having just had this thrown at me i drove away and had a taste of it, and infact it was a vanilla milkshake, after this i attempted to contact the worker to resolve this issue, it had been met with more negative comments backed by attitude, with the rude worker clearly stating their lack of care and they 'did not like me'. I will not be visiting this location again, the lack of professionalism and rudeness shown by that one staff member, who i think was some sort of leader or manager by the tie they were wearing. Unacceptable.

The staff are ridiculous They stand around talking to each other and you wait ages for your food to be cold upon arrival and you only get half your order or the full order will be wrong. Ridiculous service. The complaints I've filed I've lost count . No management clearly . So bad needs shutdown
