  My last two visits have resulted in 20+ minute wait times from payment to collection. One was in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. Neither visit was at peak times and the drive-thru was not busy. Just not worth the hassle.

  Clown outfit. Went in for breakfast this morning. Ordered a sausage and egg Mcmuffin then tried to convert it to a meal. Guess what? No hash browns, no hot Chocolate and it took over 10 minutes to be served-definitely not a fast food outlet.

  First of all tried ringing McDonald's however got fed up as no one answered after the 10th time. Two days in a row wrong order given.. firstly the previous day my daughter had place an order for three plain happy meals which she recieved, however NO burger just plain baps with a splat of red sauce. She never complained as she didnt want to make a fuss. The next day 11/09/2026 I also attended mcdonalds I ordered 3 happy meals with red sauce, which I received the three happy meals with NO red sauce. I also ordered a large burger meal and a chicken burger meal which I received two burger meals with drinks. NO straws and not even an napkin. Really poor service as the order wasn't suitable for my wife . Needless to say I won't be anywhere near McDonalds in Larne again

  The worst mcdonalds you will ever go to. Can't seem to get any order correct, they do not read customisation (if they can even read at all) if you order breakfast from here either click and server or in at the counter you will be forgotten about and only drive through orders are done, the person who takes your order at the drive thru will also be the only person doing everything cooking, packing and giving you the order as the rest of the staff would rather stand around having a giggle and messing about. Half the staff are a joke no idea how they got the job or even still have the job, half the time their faces are tripping them.

  It’s amazing how bad this McDonalds can be. When it first opened it was pretty poor, long wait times, cold food, wrong orders etc etc. It has never improved.. Today (28/8/26) called at 9:05 for pancakes, the order confirmation screen at drive through was out which didn’t bode well for starters. Confirmed the order (pancakes for kids and a black coffee) 3 times. After a 12 minute wait I got pancakes for both kids with a sausage thing in a burger box, no one wanted a sausage thing. They had no Fanta or takeaway pancake boxes so when the kids poured the syrup into the burger box it leaked everywhere. Over the kids clothes, over the car, sticky syrup everywhere! Every time I use this McDonalds I swear it’ll be the last, every time I give them a chance there’s an issue. Add to that the litter absolutely everywhere in the car park and the overflowing bins. Needs renamed ‘Mcshambles’
