We placed an order online. When it arrived, the fries were missing from the chicken tenders and fries box. We also didnt get the free garlic bread (as listed in basket as we paid over £20 for the order).
I then rang up the larne shop. To which the 1st staff member tried to argue with me that free garlic bread isnt on my order. But she would send up garlic bread and chips.
When said correction order, was sent up, we got the chips but still no garlic bread...
I rang again. This time I got an extremely rude and a really "not bothered" attitude staff member, who really could not have cared less and responded as if I was an inconvenience. There was no apology, nothing. Very blunt "right." "Ill send it up".
I am now waiting on the garlic bread but if it is anything like the customer service then it will be absolutely pants.
Really annoyed dominos. I work in customer service and this is beyond shocking.

Ordered tonight from Dominoes in Larne, one of the items wasn't available it cost £7.95, It was substituted by fries which wouldn't even come to the value of ordered item. As I don't eat fries, they were wasted, they do have your phone number on your order, how hard is it to let customer know and let customer choose from available items, so disappointed, I rang them back to inform them regarding wrong order to be told, it takes 7-10 days for a refund, they never even asked who I was!! Totally disgusted by the attitude of their staff, I do not recommend this place
Ordered Dominoes and I was given ham dough balls that were overdone firstly, secondly they got the order wrong. 4 caramel cookies was paid for, we didn’t get them the first time we got 2. We called into the shop and the manager amended this by sending more cookies out, when the cookies arrived they weren’t the cookies that was ordered once again. I usually don’t complain but that’s ruined my Sunday. Lack of care today. Usually it’s good service but I don’t know what happened today. Driver didn’t really want to do the job right either TWICE. Not sure what’s going on today we all have our days but it’s reflected in today’s service.

My pizza took 45 minutes to cook whenever I looked into the kitchen I saw a femboy yell “Avengers assemble” then proceeded to throw the large pizza at the wall and then told me it would be another 5 minutes as I watched my pizza crawl down the wall into the pizza box. Is this procedure?

I am beyond disappointed with the Larne franchise. I placed an order, and it was a complete failure from start to finish.
Not only was the delivery/product unacceptable, but the staff I spoke to on the phone were incredibly rude. I requested five times for them to collect the food so they could see the issue, but I was told they "aren't allowed" to collect it. By the time the call ended, the food was freezing and inedible.
To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for the original problem or the service failure. It is completely unacceptable to tell a customer to dispose of their order and then refuse to return their money. Avoid this branch until they learn basic customer service and accountability.
