  Papa John's has quickly become our new go-to for pizza! And with two teenagers in the house, we've sampled more than enough pizzas to give a fair review. The pizzas are always packed with flavour and even after collecting another takeaway and making the drive home, they're still hot. The bases are spot on, the toppings are generous, and the desserts are definitely worth saving room for. Safe to say, it's a big thumbs up from all of us!

  Food was absolutely delicious. The fella at the till serving me and my friend was a gentleman, very polite kind and seemed sincere in his attitude towards us as customers. 10 out of 10, I will be back.

  Worst service I’ve ever received. I would give zero stars if I could. I called ahead to order a pizza for collection and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later, there was only one order under the heater, no customers in the store, and it was 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. When I gave my name, the girl at the counter looked confused and told me my order was “in the oven” without checking. After waiting another 15 minutes, a man came from the back and handed me an order that wasn’t mine. When I explained the mistake, he asked what I’d ordered and couldn’t find any record of it, despite the fact that he was the person who had taken my order over the phone around 25 minutes earlier. I told them to not bother making it now because I didn’t want to wait any longer, but he offered to remake the pizza and said it would only take another 5 minutes, so I reluctantly agreed to wait. While waiting, I watched a man in the back handle the bin with his bare hands and use his foot to compress the rubbish. A few minutes later, I saw the same person handling food ingredients with his bare hands, which was very concerning. In the end, I received my pizza around 30 minutes after placing the order in an otherwise empty store. I was offered a free small drink, but in my opinion that didn’t adequately make up for the poor service and hygiene concerns. I won’t be returning.
