It’s a busy little branch and probably the smallest I have ever been to. Yet the staff work hard to keep the queues moving. The Mac-auto service (takeaway) is fast and efficient but there is always a queue of cars wrapped around the whole site of the restaurant. The cars do move fast though so don’t be put off by that. The food and specials are pretty much what you would expect and consistent. Never had to complain or return any items we have bought ever! Specials like Fish-o-fillet can take a while to prepare from scratch but worth the wait and the double fish burger is great value. Apple pies are delicious too but not always available off the shelf so a few minute wait may be experienced. I think they would benefit from a larger site but it kinda works and has done since their opening. Children’s table too and I only saw 4 self service screens. Toilets are at the back. Top tip: park after the restaurant if you can or you may get caught behind the Mac-auto queue when attempting to leave the car park, especially during mealtimes and summer time too.

I was waiting along with just one other person for over 15 minutes to get my breakfast order. The other man was there before me and he was very upset at the waiting time. Once we got our orders I sat down and noticed it wasn't correct. I decided to just have it because I had no time left to waste. I thought this place was supposed to be fast food.

We made an order for delivery to KELLS and nearly 2 hours later no food so we rang them and they said it was ready just needed lifted, another 15 minutes goes by and still no movement so we rang back and the girl said that the driver wouldn’t collect it and cancelled our order,no apologies or anything and she said it’s nothing to do with them and blamed it on the driver .we spent over £50 on food for us now to wait for 2 weeks for a refund 😡seriously McDonalds, what a total joke and the staff were no help whatsoever.so this has happened before to a friend we found out they do this is its in kells area
