Ordered food and a drink with it. Got it delivered and the driver said the workers forgot the drink. Everything was fine he told us to call and someone would deliver it out. So we called them and they told us someone will deliver it, been over an hour now and there’s no driver or drink in sight. Might not be a big deal but for what everywhere charges for drinks now it is really frustrating.

Ordered a medium pizza at 7.56pm on the app. Said it would be 21minutes. At 8.36pm I called the store at Herbison Crescent Ballymena to see what was happening. Told it would be a further 35minutes as there was only one driver delivering. Ask for a refund and cancel my order. Was told it would take 6 working days to get my money back onto my card. Decided to wait another 35 mins which would now be 1hr 20 minutes since i ordered. As you take phone numbers whilst ordering could you not phone the customers to let them know what is going on. My pizza is sitting made for an hour before being cooked. This is unacceptable and I wont be ordering from Dominoes again.
