  Ordered a medium pizza at 7.56pm on the app. Said it would be 21minutes. At 8.36pm I called the store at Herbison Crescent Ballymena to see what was happening. Told it would be a further 35minutes as there was only one driver delivering. Ask for a refund and cancel my order. Was told it would take 6 working days to get my money back onto my card. Decided to wait another 35 mins which would now be 1hr 20 minutes since i ordered. As you take phone numbers whilst ordering could you not phone the customers to let them know what is going on. My pizza is sitting made for an hour before being cooked. This is unacceptable and I wont be ordering from Dominoes again.

  Staff are incapable of answering the phones. For telephone orders. Average 5 minutes on hold. Longer if they put you on hold and forget to answer, which is frequently.

  Helpful staff, plenty of variety and really good pizza. Quick and handy bit to eat! Plenty of variety and no long waiting times. Seating available inside.
