- KCKelly CheesemanSep 27, 20261.0Ordered a bacon butty this morning and was honestly shocked by what I was given. The bacon was extremely pale, fatty, looked undercooked and wasn’t even hot. It looked nothing like the product being advertised. I spoke to the manager, Lachlan, who explained that the bacon is pre-cooked and then reheated, so they couldn’t cook it any further. I was offered a refund. The chips from another meal were also freezing cold, and I was told I would need to reorder and pay again if I wanted fresh ones. Really disappointing experience and not what I expected from Burger King. I’ve attached photos showing exactly what was served compared with the advertised product.

There was one car in front of us, which took about 8 minutes at the window. We became the car at the window, and waited a further 15 minutes for our food. That means it took over 20 minutes for our food. No way of contacting the staff, I tried to get their attention through the window, but to no avail. No apology. I get that sometimes food is cooked to order, but over 20 minutes for a couple of fast food burgers (straight menu items-no changes) Is a bit ridiculous.
