Once heated the ends of the stick were rusk dry, not crusty the bread was dry, the sausage was a chipolata dropped in one end of the stick. The bacon was called Canadian so it could be cut so thin it could be blown through it was dry and nothing like Canadian bacon. The cheese omelette had the texture and flavour of a soft plastic piece of bubble wrap. If a transport cafe served this they would end up wearing it. I believe their bakes are supposed to be good but I won't be returning

Heard exactly what I wanted and pretended he did not understand right to my face. I'm not sure if this is a racial issue or not (maybe just Kent mentalities) but even after he understood what I wanted he still did it the wrong way and laughed about it. I paid for a coffee that j had to throw away. Get better staff please

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
