  I visited this Tesco Express to claim winnings from a scratchcard. The employee named Mohamed kept me waiting at the counter for around five minutes while attempting to process it. After that, he simply said “no” and turned me away without any explanation. When I asked why, he replied that the machine wasn’t working. His manner was rude and dismissive, and he made no effort to apologise or explain the situation properly. I then went to the Morrisons approximately 200 metres away, where the same scratchcard was processed without any issues. Overall, the customer service I received at this Tesco Express was poor and unprofessional.

  Love this little tesco. Highlight of my day spending time there. Took my family there last weekend for a day out. Even sells drinks
