  Air condition doesn't work when the temperature is around 24°. The campaign Kids eat with adults doesn't surprisingly have vegetarian or vegan options.

  I should have turned away at the broken door and the un-air conditioned building, but I hadn't had a BK for years so thought why not? While I waited the 5 minutes in an empty queue to be served, I thought 'These burgers seem quite pricey' I got a chicken burger that was just ok, that I paid £9 for & I could have easily made at home. The lady that served me didn't want to be there, the heat was unbearable and the music was horrendous. I'll stick to Five Guys, surprised BK hasn't gone out of business charging Five Guys prices for half the quality.

  Went here today ordered BBQ steakhouse Angus meal to eat in, ate my fries and just before taking a bite of my burger, my girlfriend pointed out moild on the underside of my bun, so I gave them the benefit of doubt as we have had alot of hot weather etc, I was offered a replacement and was happy at that. Until I had the sense to check this was safe to eat before taking a bite and YES you guessed it, another mouldy burger. So I complained and was told " its not mould its something else " , all I was offered was a partial refund. Absolutely Disgusting customer service and hygiene practise! I taken a photo but this site says 'it's the wrong format' it's just a jpg.

  Non of the staff could understand me and kept shutting the window on me. I recommend avoiding this branch and either going to a different Burger King or a different fast food chain altogether. After an awkward 10 minute conversation through the window where three separate members came over to talk to me to try and figure out what I was trying to order. I just left it and went to a different Burger King. I don’t understand how non of them could understand basic English
