  Non of the staff could understand me and kept shutting the window on me. I recommend avoiding this branch and either going to a different Burger King or a different fast food chain altogether. After an awkward 10 minute conversation through the window where three separate members came over to talk to me to try and figure out what I was trying to order. I just left it and went to a different Burger King. I don’t understand how non of them could understand basic English

  Whilst I do admire the vintage interior and everything it's very deserted and dirty last time I went here that was food all over the floor tables chairs and everything

  I'm always reticent to leave bad reviews for fast food outlets, simply because I've rarely encountered any worth more than 2 stars, but this one had to be done. My partner & I stopped by Teesside Park BK after a very long day of work, and ordered our food. The food rd itself was actually quite reasonable, seemed hot & fresh, HOWEVER it was all downhill from there on account of the staff. U fortunately the server who took our order had a severe smell of bad bodily odour about him, and while there's certainly no judgement here, it was a level of lack of hygiene too strong to ignore, not the kind of bodily odours that should be around a food environment. Unfortunately his colleague was letting himself down terribly by standing there talking with his fingers brushing over his lips & mouth. This was the guy that had just made our burgers & his hands were all over his face which was in plain view for all to see. I'm absolutely staggered at the lack of basic hygiene that encompasses our 15 minute visit and there is no way we would return here again, ever. The decor is old & tired, quite literally a lick of paint over everything, badly done, marks all over & flaking off. This outlet is in SERIOUS need of upgrading & investment and the mediocre reviews are plainly earned.

  Buns weren't so so fresh. It wasn't the Best Burger I've had. It was just ok to be honest. I kinda expected more.

  Half the food we wanted to order wasn’t available even a basic bun or chicken royale, shop floor dirty, music was horrendous , staff weren’t friendly, weird uber eats man staring at woman and young girls, no sauces. Shocking
