- FSFelix ScallenJul 25, 20261.0The woman on tills tonight at 20:58 was extremely rude. Came over started scanning away, no greeting, then started having a chat on headset, i waited until she was finished, asked for some tobacco, she ignored it then started chatting away again on headset, when she finished I asked again, she ignored me again and started chatting, she finished her leisurely chat and went to start assuming I wanted a bag for my 4 small items.... then plainly looked at me like something I'm not allowed to say, I then asked if it was possible to get what I asked for several times her response was diabolical, asked again with manners for my tobacco, which she begrudgingly got for me then scanned it and demanded a payment. Anyway i wished her day gets better. On a positive note the security guard was friendly but after over 25 years of going here I'll no longer bother, used to go in every morning to see Benita on way to work but a majority of the new staff are terrible, although the cute girl who recently started was great, one of the few reasons I started coming back as it certainly wasn't for the vibe or the prices anyway in a bit teach your staff respect.
