  two days back I visited this store..a staff named Adam was very friendly and nice he really know the customers and how to talk ..it was a normal day until I came to this store for some food Adam was really friendly helpful ..I really wanna appreciate him at that time but time wasn’t enough and I don’t know how to do this review is the only way,he was super helpful unlike Other Tesco staff this staff was really amazing I started considering to be a customer at Tesco after seeing this staff thanks guys you guys are really cool..keep rocking I will visiting this store quite often from now on

  I would like to share an experience that happened at Longlands Tesco Express. On 26 February, one of my housemates forgot his ATM card in the store. At that time, I was also a Tesco colleague, so I went to check if the card was there. The staff member in charge confirmed that the card had been found. I then returned with the card owner to collect it, but the same staff member refused to return the card and accused us of using abusive language, which was not true. Later, I visited the store and explained the situation to the store manager. However, on 7 March 2026 at around 5:50 PM, when I went to purchase some items, the same staff member told me that I was banned from the shop. Another manager confirmed this over the phone. The police informed me that a shop has the right to refuse service, but it feels unfair that I was not given any opportunity to explain or prove my innocence. I hope the management reviews this situation fairly.

  I would like to share a genuine experience that happened at the Longlands Tesco Express. On 26 February, one of my housemates accidentally left his ATM card at the store. At that time, I was also working as a Tesco colleague, and I went to the shop to check whether the card had been found. The staff member who was in charge confirmed that the card was there. As he suggested, I returned shortly afterwards with the card owner so that he could collect it. However, when we arrived together, the same staff member refused to return the card to its rightful owner. He also accused us of using abusive language towards him, which was completely untrue. The word he mentioned was supposedly in Hindi, and he claimed that one of his colleagues heard it, even though that colleague was a British staff member and would not understand the language. This accusation was very surprising and confusing to us. The following week, I visited the store again and explained the situation to the store manager, hoping the misunderstanding could be clarified. Then on 7 March 2026 at around 5:50 PM, I visited the shop again and purchased some items. The same staff member approached me and informed me that I was banned from the shop. He then contacted another Tesco manager by phone, who confirmed that I was not allowed to purchase anything from the store. This situation raises some concerns for me: - Was this action taken because I raised a complaint about a colleague? - Why was I not given an opportunity to explain or prove my innocence? During the incidents, I also contacted the police for guidance. They informed me that a shop has the right to refuse service. However, it feels very unfair to face these consequences without being given a proper chance to clarify what actually happened. I hope this matter will be reviewed fairly so that misunderstandings like this can be resolved properly.
