- GGGKAug 5, 20261.0Dear Greggs Customer Service, I would like to complain about the way I have been treated by one member of staff at your store. On three separate occasions, I have felt singled out and embarrassed while buying a coffee using my valid bank insurance voucher. The first time, i used my partner voucher because of mutual bank I can’t bring his phone but I can’t use coupon. Then lady in the front told screenshots were not accepted. I accepted your policy without arguing. Since then, I have only used vouchers generated from my own banking app, but the same staff member continues to question me every time I visit. Today, she again challenged my voucher in front of other staff and customers. After I explained that it was a valid insurance promotion, she walked away without apologising and appeared to discuss me with another colleague. This made me feel humiliated. The member of staff appears to be very experienced, and I believe she may be a manager or senior member of the team. Because of that, I expected to be treated professionally and with respect. I don't know why I have been treated differently, but it has made me feel unwelcome every time I visit. I am a genuine customer and I only ask to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. Please speak to the staff member involved so that no other customer has to experience this. Thank you.

I've no complaints about my time here, it's easy to access, the food was fresh with a good range of selections, and everything was PACKED with flavour (packed). I got a pepperoni pizza, wedges, and an oasis for £5.15 (it used to be £5.00, inflation..). The pizza and wedges were definitely fresh, and the oasis, you can't beat an oasis. My server was well mannered and efficient in their service, making sure that everything is moving smoothly, very good. Oh yeah, they do those massive boxes for pizzas, those ones you can fit like 4-6 in? I've never seen that in real life until today, that was pretty good. Very high quality greggs👍

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
