  We visited this site two weeks a go and having be a frequent customer to this restaurant over the years this time was the worst experience I've had. Hoping this was a one off but all the order kiosks wouldn't work properly so couldn't order more than one item at a time. This was the first sign that we should have left but chose to persist. We went to the counter to order our food. As a group of three I've never had a more stressful experience. The shift manager was taking our order and we had ordered one meal out of three. This went through as a separate order and we're asked to pay for it before ordering more. We then wanted to use the loyalty points to buy other food. They were unsure of how to do this and then called for the restaurant manager. They came over and couldn't understand what were wanting. Then they were unable to process our order with the points using the till. We then asked for a refund on the previous order. We were told this was not possible. Leaving us confused they asked previous colleague for help, finally finding our previous order and issued a refund. Both members of staff struggled to understand our simple requests making the experience harder and less enjoyable.

  Could have been a little more tasty. But as usual BK is the best. Staff were fantastic and very happy and happy to serve you. I WILL RETURN AGAIN. THANK YOU.

  Tried the Wagyu burger with fries. Very happy with the food. Very expensive though.

  Ordered hamburgers which for years come well cooked with onions & tomato sauce @ burger king for many years. Tonight got hamburgers dripping in grease & half cooked with pickles mustard. Absolutely crap compared with what burger king served before. I wouldn't have fed that to a dog. Also the prices have gone up a lot. The reastuarant tables were not very clean either. Very poor.
