  10p for ketchup at the final window, no card ma home near by please drive around, park car walk inside buy a ketchup for 10p on your card. Ridiculous

  Terrible service, burger was just thrown into the paper bag and when I opened it, it wasn’t wrapped! When I stand there to wait for my food, I could see that staff don’t use any gloves! Disgusting

  أكيد، هذا تعليق مناسب بالإنجليزية: I eat at McDonald’s almost every day, and I have never had to pay extra for ketchup before. However, at this branch, they always charge me money just to get one ketchup sachet. If I don’t pay, I have to eat my fries without ketchup. I don’t think this is fair, especially for regular customers. Ketchup should be provided with fries without an extra charge.

  This used to be a really good McDonalds but it's now the worse one I've been to. Never any napkins available, messy, loud inappropriate music, food is cooked quickly but then sits on the side getting cold whilst it waits for a member of staff to pass it over, just a horrible place. Thought it couldn't get worse but went for breakfast there this week, sat down with it (there was only myself and one other customer there) and heard staff breaking wind on each other and laughing!

  We moved to the area about 8 months ago and at first this McDonald’s was great — good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, since then the quality and service have really gone downhill, especially at lunchtime. Breakfast has been consistently better thanks to one male staff member (usually on drive thru) who is always polite and helpful, but lunchtime is a completely different experience. There are two female staff members (one crew, one manager) who have been repeatedly rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions they’ve spoken to customers abruptly when asked about missing items and have even handed over food in a careless, almost thrown manner. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand how busy it can get — but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way when they’re simply asking for what they’ve paid for. We’ve also had several issues with orders being wrong or incomplete, both on pickup and delivery. Missing items, incorrect items, and even orders arriving with stickers from a different delivery service than the one used. It’s disappointing as this place started off so well, but something clearly needs to change. Management really needs to address staff behaviour and improve quality control.
