- HHhannah9184May 28, 20263.0Lovely hard working staff, but it’s always understaffed. It’s not fair on the workers working overtime doing the job of 2/3 people during busy rush hours. They’re only young girls aswell. For a store in that location you need more than 2 staff members on (one running round the back cooking all the food and one on the till with a queue out the door) Anyone can walk in and out and take anything so easily. Please sort staffing issues out for the sake of the workers

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
