The owners are rude and unhelpfull, trying to get parcels off them is like pulling teeth! If I was you I'd give them a miss, zero star rating if I could. Lost 1 of my parcels and refuse point blank to try to locate it, then tell me to keep calling in see if its there, yet parcel force tracker says its in there store.
