- CGChris Green3 days ago5.0We had a family meal for a birthday celebration at the Trafford centre and we had a great time. We were looked after by Nicole and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food arrived quickly, looked great and tasted superb. We will definitely be back again in the near future. Thanks guys.

Alyssa delivered amazing service from start to finish, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you, Alyssa!

She was great with the dietary requirements (gluten free) and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was took care of. It was my nephews 1st birthday and she gave him a balloon and ice cream to sing happy birthday. She was so welcoming and had a great aura, what a lovely girl and credit to the team.
- SHSam HoldenMay 8, 20265.0Normaly go to pesto there but decided on a change tonight with it bieng my daughters birthday and we wasnt dissapointed we had an amazing lady our waitress for the evening lucyna omg what a lovely lady heart of gold very polite friendly proffesional she just made our night even better we had amazing food cocktails where great also lots of variety to choose from and also good for picky eaters and my friend asked if they had any candles for my daughters dessert they made her pudding special also.lucyna had the full restaurant sing to my daughter and all staff to absolute asset to your company made our evening very special thanks again lucyna from the birthday girl dionne family n friends xx

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
