  I asked one of the staff members for assistance. She initially gave me an unfriendly facial expression, and after a few moments I noticed she had gone back to doing something else instead of helping me. I politely told her that she should not respond to customers with facial expressions or attitude. She then became very rude and said she did not care whether I was a customer and that she would not serve me. I asked to speak to the manager, but she refused, saying she would not call him and that even if he came, he would not care. When the manager eventually arrived, he had to physically hold her back because she appeared ready to confront or attack me. I was genuinely shocked. I could not believe a sales assistant would behave in such an aggressive and unprofessional manner. I have most of the incident recorded on camera. If anyone care I could provide the video. The staff member was a short, dark-haired Pakistani woman. The manager was also Pakistani.

  The only thing I am complaining about is the Highland spring 500ML water bottles SPECIFICALLY. Every-time i get multiple packs the water always has a bad smell, every single bottle. This does not happen with any other brands of water, i hope this issue will be resolved.
