  I was walking out of the Didsbury store having paid for my shopping and with a receipt. I was dressed in gym clothes so was maybe scruffy. 3 members of staff stopped me aggressively and accused me of stealing a tube of moisturiser. I stood with them for an hour explaining that they were wrong - whilst they went through my shopping bag. I begged them to call the police and get the cctv footage - after 1 hour they found the video which showed that I hadn't done anything wrong. They didn't apologise for their mistake - I told them that they should be ashamed of themselves and called them a bunch of plonkers what a shambles this store is - having read the other comments - it would appear that they are awful people - avoid them

  Excellent service as always. Been visiting every morning they are always polite and amazing coffee. Hats of to Junaid who always makes everyone feel warm and welcomed.

  Honestly this isn’t the first time using the self checkouts that I have had this issue, I have politely said “excuse me” and again as she saw me but decided not to come to me the first time I had to shout gently as the staff don’t even see that there is tills that need assistance and I have been the last one seen but I asked for help before them, and then calls me rude when in fact the lady was rude, bitching to her colleague and saying rude underneath her breath thinking I can’t hear her but I could hear loud and clear. Please do better Tesco and get your staff to pay attention.
