  I came in on Wednesday evening, the 29th of April around 8/half 8pm. I needed to collect a package from the lockers and I’ve never used this facility before so I kindly asked the lady behind the counter where the lockers were located. She was incredibly rude. Her response made me feel stupid as she said “yeah the lockers literally to your right” (they were to MY left and HER right but anyway) and I looked and asked where and she said “you literally can’t miss them” in a very rude, aggressive tone. She was a brown woman (maybe Indian heritage not too sure as it all happened so quickly) but she made me feel horrible. Please soeak to this lady about her customer service because I don’t even want to return to the store now because of her.

  I have just been inside this store for the very first time and it will be the last from the moment I walked in I was followed by security and on leaving the store having paid for my items as always he said in his microphone he's just leaving the store now I always shop with Tesco but this made me feel horrible
