Felt like a burden an like he could not be bothered to answer or even serve me. He defo needs to find his goal in life because this is definitely not it. Rude was an understatement. I didnt travel all the way from Birmingham to experience this type of rudeness. 0 effort to help and 0 customer service.. needs retraining to say the least!!
