    Absolutely shocking service. We ordered ahead using the app and arrived at the store at the time it said our food would be ready. Despite this, we still had to wait because one of our sandwiches “didn’t come through.” We were then told we had to pay again—even after showing the order confirmation, which clearly listed two sandwiches. To make matters worse, the staff completely ignored the order instructions. We specifically asked for one sandwich not to be toasted, but they toasted it anyway—with all the salad inside. As someone with sensory issues, this made the sandwich inedible for me, and I had to throw it away.
