  Truly awful. Half the menu was off because staff not allowed to order produce. The coffee machine was not working. Our spend would have been greater if things were available. Problem is because you are due to close - but it is not fair on diners or staff to run the restaurant in this way The staff were great - polite -good humoured but unable to serve what we wanted. Really bad experience.

  joke booked a table but was told could only eat there if we was staying in the hotel as they only had one chef the place was empty staff rude very unhelpful

  Friendly Staff who were very helpful, Really nice breakfast two mornings in a row. We had a Steak tea there that was spot on for the price, sticky toffee pudding did the job. Would highly recommend a visit.

  Venue doors were open but member of staff came over and said they weren't open until 16:30pm. This was at midday. Google said it was open.

  My wife two daughters and granddaughter visited today for breakfast. The server did not make them feel welcome, no good morning and just an abrupt have you booked. They felt very uncomgortable as they said he just stared at them constantly whilst they were seated, ultimately they felt that uncomfortable that they decided they did not want to stay and ate elsewhere. I phoned to discuss and complain and the man that answered confirmed he was the person, when i told him of their experience and complaint and the fact i was going to take it higher his response was yeah whatever, speaks volumes.
