- BBByrneMay 29, 20261.0A fantastic kind man allowed my partner to go to the toilet, I don’t know his name but he was emptying the bins at the time - Richard was his name. whilst waiting an extremely unprofessional lady working there behind the counter, a pair of round glasses, kind of blonde hair was giving out to the nice man in the store, customers there were listening and she said loudly to the man ‘I HAVEN’T SAID ANYTHING, why you giving me attitude?!’, extremely appalling. I’d say with comments like this that the stuff that goes on when customers aren’t in here could constitute to work place bullying. She continued to then pull faces at other members of staff as if to welcome them to her side rather than his.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
