  Good Five Guys in central Manchester, right by Piccadilly Gardens. Quick service, friendly customer service and the place looked clean, everything was as expected for a Five Guys.

  Loved it! We visited Five Guys on our last day in Manchester before flying home. We’d never tried it before as we don’t have Five Guys where we live, so when we walked past, we decided to give it a try. The burgers and fries were excellent, and the drinks machine was a huge hit with the kids, who seemed determined to sample every possible combination! We’re used to restaurants with set menus, so it took us a little while to figure out all the choices, but we really enjoyed being able to customise our burgers and toppings. The staff were fantastic. They could see we were struggling a little with the menu as first-time customers and took the time to explain the options, portion sizes and what might work best for each of us. That made the experience much easier. The only downside is the price. It’s considerably more expensive than the burger restaurants we’re used to, so the expectations were high. Thankfully, the food delivered—there wasn't a scrap left on the table! I wouldn’t eat there regularly because of the cost, but I’d definitely go back occasionally. Very good burgers, excellent service and a thoroughly satisfying lunch. Thanks to the staff for looking after us so well!

  I am a bus driver in piccadilly garden's I cant leave bus unattended for long i asked to use toilet was told was buy food then I can i replied i am a bus driver the manners response was nothing he can do i was shocked

  Sıradan ekmek, kupkuru hamburger köftesi, tek güzel yanı sınırsız içecek olması. Şişirilmiş bir sosyal medya mekanı daha.Farklı iki günde , farklı iki burgerlerini denedim, ikisindede hamburger köftesi kupkuru ve yağsızdı. İlk sefer denediğimde içindeki baconlar sanki saatler öncesinde yakılmış gibiydi, kıtır kıtır ve hiçbir lezzeti yoktu.

  I came in today with my son, and twin brother. We were served by Divine, who's customer service skills, charisma, and positive can do attitude, made this trip to Five Guys a memorable one and a great one at that. Divine did the order as one but served us individually to make sure our burgers, were catered to our specifics. Divine even went out his way to make sure I got my bacon to burger ratio spot on. If everyone had a little bit of Divine in them, everyone would be doing customer service right and going above and beyond. FIVE GUYS, if you are reading this, give Divine a PROMOTION NOW!
