  Food is average. I genuinely don't believe its any better than burger king and price wise its significantly more expensive. I'd never been before so wanted to try it but I wouldn't pay these prices again far too expensive.

  Always a great experience at Five Guys Arndale! They go above and beyond for customers. David served me this time and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Great food, great service. Will definitely keep coming back.

  I have bought a meal from five guys on Wednesday the 10th of June, and I got issued a refund but it didn't come through after 5 working days, I was told that if I didn't get it, then I need to leave a review here and someone from customer service will get intouch and I also want to make a complaint

  Waiters are so nice mashaAllah. I’m really happy this branch is halal now. The burger wasn’t tasty hence the lower review. I went for a lettuce bun which was great for lower calories. The fries portion was generous. I’ll come back to try other things. Thank you
