  The staff are completely uneducated very rude and utterly unprofessional. Called up to add a very simple request onto the order that I placed online. All I asked for was free extra sauce pots and I will happily pay Fathas the manager said we are too busy and hung up on me, even though I’ve already paid through the app.

  The staff are rude, unprofessional and have 0 customer service skills. We wanted to amend the order on the phone and the manager and another female employee kept hanging up on us on purpose and saying they don’t want to deal with us AFTER taking payment from us. They kept hanging up on us and refusing to pick up our call when all we wanted to do was an extra to our order. Not only have dominos FAILED with their recruitment of decent employees, but they’ve also lost a returning customer. The reaction from staff was enough to make me never want to order from them again and make every one I know do the same. The whole staff need firing .

  I had my pizza delivered by Raj. It came very quickly and he was very friendly and polite when he arrived.

  Fatima is the best worker no joke. Genuinely made me want to get dominos everyday. Love her
