  Ordered £100+ of Pizzas for staff but refused to deliver it as they didn't want to get out of their car in the rain. Delivery instructions were to leave it in reception. The guy called me 6 times telling me to 'look for a black car.' Felt like buying drugs not pizzas.

  Would give zero stars if possible. The last few times I have ordered from here me and my family have been sick, bad belly and on and off the toilet.

My order was ready on time, and the service was fast and professional. A special thank you to Riz, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Riz was friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. It's rare to see such commitment and attention to customer satisfaction.
