Very busy at lunchtimes with students and uni staff queuing around the store for a meal deal. The queues generally move along quickly and the staff are all friendly. Product availability is always hit and miss compared to Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s local nearby.

The staff is always lovely here. The store is clean and easy to find what you need. It's well-stocked, and the shelves are usually full. The store is wheelchair accessible too.

Only place to ID you for a monster, and they will take it away even if you’re clearly not 15

Childish behavior by employee. Employee insisted I show “physical” id for a can of Monster while I obviously don’t look like under 25… told her my age and that I had a scan of my passport. Refused and just walked away with the can… laughable & very rude.

Just seen the manager chase a shoplifter down Oxford Road, they clearly don't mess around in here
