No Customer service whatsoever in this shop. You have to find the staff members because No one is on the tills. Waiting ages for someone to approve age. Come on Co-op do better!

Morrisons quality at M&S prices. Bought mouldy vegetables and unripe fruits multiple times. It seems they’re also short-staffed with long waits at checkouts.

Please. For the love of GOD. Turn the self service counters volume down. We really don't need to hear 6 concurrent automated voices shouting commands at us in different sequences. Honestly, I've been coming here for years, I can't understand how this isn't obviously a horrible customer experience. Other shops don't do this, why is this acceptable here? How it doesn't drive the staff up the wall I'll never know. Turn it down, please. I beg of you! Save me from this sensory assault!

People have said it before and as nothing has seemingly changed, I’ll say it again.
The staff are very much tied to the stacking of shelves and not helping customers. Even during the lunch time rush, not a single staff member is to be found, they’re all hiding away from the tills, until one or us goes on a mission to find them because multiple people at the self checkouts need staff assistance.
Please can management assign someone to work on the tills at least over busy periods, it’s incredibly annoying having to hunt down a staff member who you feel like you’re bothering.
On an annoying side note got charged £7.10 for a premium meal deal when the sign says £5.50??? But at this point I couldn’t be arsed searching for another member of staff to correct it
