- YPYoonji ParkAug 16, 20261.0Honestly I would give zero star if i could. I don’t know the name of the worker but she was working on a sunday around 4:30pm at the till. She was being very rude to me. For instance, i put an item on the self scanning stand but it wasn’t recognizing the weight so it came up as seek assistance and she just shouted across the shop floor saying ‘whatever you put it off you need to put it back’ in a very snappy tone and i said i didn’t put anything off and she came clearly annoyed cleared whatever on the screen. She then proceeded to be nice to other customers. After iv paid everything, I asked for a bag and she said its 10p and you need to show me the receipt as if im going to steal a 10p bag. The tone was very condesending and I hope this message gets delivered to her. I get customer service is sometimes difficult but that doesn’t excuse you to be rude to customers
